Every Number on This Site, and the File It Comes From
Written by Fleet Account Manager, Fleet and Commercial Account Manager, OCRV Center. Reviewed by Claims Coordinator
In shortEvery figure published here traces to one of three source files. Anything not derivable from those is not published at all, which is why there is no satisfaction score and no vehicle count.
Where do the numbers on the OCRV Center site come from?
Three files. Business facts such as the 35,000 square foot Yorba Linda floor and the sixteen carriers come from one record. Every price comes from a single rate file. Every count of services, vehicles and topics comes from the taxonomy. Nothing outside those three is published on any page.
- One source for business facts, one for prices, one for catalogue counts
- Labor rates are posted rather than quoted on request
- No satisfaction score, no review count and no repaired vehicle total
- Facility dimensions are single sourced so two pages cannot disagree

Marketing numbers are usually unfalsifiable on purpose. Ninety eight percent satisfaction, thousands of vehicles repaired, decades of combined experience: none of it can be checked, which is precisely why it gets written. This page takes the opposite approach and publishes only figures that come out of a file, along with which file.
The practical benefit is consistency. Two pages on this site cannot disagree about booth length or a labor rate, because neither page contains the number. They both read it from the same record, and if the record changes, every page changes with it.
The rule this page enforces
Three files hold every figure. The business record holds addresses, licences, hours, founding year, facility size and the carrier list. The rate card holds every price, materials formula, deposit threshold and tax treatment. The taxonomy holds every count of departments, services, jobs, vehicle categories, vehicle types, operator groups and insurance topics. A number that is not in one of those three does not appear in any sentence on this site.
That constraint is enforced rather than trusted. Facility dimensions were centralised after two batches of content independently invented different figures for the same room, and both shipped. Prices are checked against the rate card automatically, which is how a page claiming an invented hourly figure gets caught before it publishes rather than after a customer reads it.
- Business record: address, licences, hours, founding year, floor space, carriers
- Rate card: labor rates, materials, parts markup, deposits, tax, estimate charges
- Taxonomy: every count of departments, services, jobs, vehicles and topics
- Anything not derivable from those three is left out rather than approximated
The facility numbers
These are physical claims about a real building at a real address, which means anybody can check them by turning up. The floor covers thirty five thousand square feet at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda. The paint booth runs sixty feet, which is what allows a full length coach to be refinished in one piece. Bay doors are sixteen feet, which is the dimension that decides whether roof mounted equipment clears on the way in.
The founding year is 2004 and the trade has not changed since. Two licences govern the operation: BAR ARD00288521 for the repair facility and EPA CAL000367879 for the refinish side. Posted hours are Monday to Friday from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon, with a shorter Saturday and no Sunday opening.

The rate card numbers
Four labor rates cover everything the shop does, and the rate is set by the department performing the work rather than by the vehicle. Body and paint is $210 per hour. Mechanical and electrical is $260. Diagnostics, scan and programming is $285 with a one hour minimum. Detail is $95. Materials bill separately: paint supplies at $55 per paint hour and body supplies at $5 per body hour, with a $45 flat hazmat charge when chemicals, refrigerant or propane is involved.
Parts carry one hundred percent markup at or under $100 and thirty five percent above it. Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials, and labor is not taxed. Deposits are fifty percent at authorization on any job over $2,000, with a further twenty five percent when parts arrive on jobs over $10,000. Card payments over $1,000 carry a three and a half percent surcharge.

The catalogue numbers
These describe how much of the work is actually documented rather than gestured at. Six departments hold sixteen services, and beneath those sit seventy three specific jobs, each with named parts, failure modes, labor hour ranges and a price band. Nine vehicle categories hold eighty eight vehicle types, each with its own construction detail and failure profile.
On top of that, four operator groups hold twenty eight customer types written from the operator's side rather than the vehicle's, twenty nine insurance topics cover the claim process end to end, and fifty manufacturers have their own reference pages. Those counts are not a boast about volume. They exist because an owner searching for a bulb seal on a BAL Accu Slide room should land on a page about that, not on a general article.

The numbers this site refuses to publish
There is no satisfaction percentage, no average star rating and no review count anywhere on this site. A shop cannot audit its own composite score, so publishing one is an assertion dressed as data. Independent platforms own their arithmetic and are the right place to look for that.
There is also no total of vehicles repaired, no average turnaround figure and no claim about combined years of experience. A vehicle count without a definition of what counts as a repair is meaningless. An average turnaround across a seal replacement and a frame rebuild describes neither. And combined experience is arithmetic performed on people rather than on work. Where this site gives a duration it gives a range for a specific job class instead.
- No satisfaction score, average rating or review count
- No total of vehicles repaired, because the denominator would be undefined
- No single average turnaround, because job classes differ by weeks
- No combined years of experience across staff
- No claim to be the lowest priced option in the county
How to check any of it
Licences first, because they are public. BAR ARD00288521 is searchable through the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. EPA CAL000367879 covers the refinish side. Both are posted on site and both print on paperwork, so a discrepancy between a page and an invoice would be visible immediately.
For the physical claims, visit. The booth and the bay doors are the two figures most worth checking with your own eyes, and both are visible from the customer side of the building. For prices, compare this page against the rate card and against any estimate we produce for you. Every one of those three documents reads from the same file, so they cannot drift apart.
Appendix: questions and answers
- Why publish a page of numbers instead of ordinary marketing copy?
- Because a checkable figure is worth more than an unfalsifiable one, and because single sourcing prevents drift. Two pages on this site cannot contradict each other about booth length or an hourly rate, since neither page stores the value. Publishing the sources makes that discipline visible rather than merely internal.
- Which figures on this site are ranges rather than fixed values?
- Price bands and turnaround windows. A repair band is a range because scope genuinely varies that much between two units with similar damage, and a turnaround window depends on parts and, on a claim, on approval. Labor rates, materials formulas, deposit thresholds and tax treatment are fixed values, not ranges.
- How often do these figures change?
- Rates change rarely and are edited in one file when they do, which updates every page at once. Catalogue counts change when a service or vehicle page is added. Facility figures should not change at all unless the building does. Each page carries a last verified date so you can see when it was checked.
- Do you publish how many vehicles the shop has repaired?
- No. The number would need a definition of what counts as a repair, and any definition wide enough to produce an impressive total is wide enough to be meaningless. A resealed vent and a frame rebuild are not the same event. Where volume matters, the documented job and vehicle counts on this page carry more information.
