A diesel pusher is a fundamentally better structure than a gas coach and it fails in fundamentally different places. The house is stiffer, quieter and heavier, and it wears paint rather than vinyl.

That last detail changes almost everything about a repair. On a decaled coach you replace a graphic. ## What a welded rail changes about the whole coach

That combination removes most of the twist a gas chassis passes into the body, which is why you do not see the windshield corner crack pattern here that defines a gas Class A.

## On a pusher, the paint is the job

A gas coach wears vinyl. A pusher wears a painted graphics package, commonly five to eight layers with a pearl or metallic mid coat and clear over the top, applied across a flank with no door line, no fender arch and no break to hide a transition in. That is a genuinely hard surface to repair invisibly and it is the reason a small collision on a pusher costs what it does.

We map the existing color before anything is sanded: spray out cards under the same light, a spectrophotometer read at three points along the panel because a forty foot flank does not fade evenly, and a documented let down panel for the pearl.
